New idea to keep blog posts
Use the git-submodule https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/git-submodule to link to the repo contains the pure blog posts in markdown format.
And then in various static site generator framework to link to that module to link the blog posts. For example, Jekyll, Mkdoc, and Hugo.

Becoming a DevOps Engineer
很多人对Job Title： DevOps Engineer 不是很明白。到底是做啥的,需要哪些技能，所以我简单的查了一下，自勉一下。
It is rare to see job title called ‘DevOps engineer’. But even though it says ‘DevOps engineer,’ they’re actually looking for a development engineer who has exposure to a multitude of different languages, frameworks and platform.
Skills Required
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
- Ability to code and script
- Experience with systems and IT operations (Linux, Windows, Cloud)
- Comfort with continuous improvement through CI and CD.
- Strong grasp of automation tools
- Data management skills
- A strong focus on business outcomes
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
While it’s great to beef up your coding skills and get familiar with automation tools, you’ll also want to seek out projects and new roles that allow you to exercise the “soft” skills that are at the core of DevOps.
Find opportunities to collaborate within and outside of your team. Help your company move to a faster test and deployment flow.
Be open to listen to others’ ideas. Keep in mind that DevOps is less about doing things a particular way, and more about moving the business forward and giving it a stronger technological advantage.

Paste Image From Clipboard into Markdown File in VSCode
一直用VSCode编写Markdown文件，每次遇到图片插入时候，总是先截图，然后命名screenshot-abc.png 并保存到./images目录下面，最后在Markdown里敲代码引用,这样很不方便。

现在找到了一种提高效率的方式，安装VSCode的插件Paste Image,直接利用截图工具截图到剪切板，在VSCode里CTRL+SHIFT+P并输入或选择命令 Paste Image 就可以自动保存剪切板中的图片到对应的目录并在Markdown文件里插入对图片的引用代码。你也可以直接在VSCode中键入Paster Image的快捷键 CTRL+ALT+V。

数字化交互 Digital Interaction
两年前在DXC.Technology 的时候，听说一个术语叫做数字化转型 ( Digtal Transformation ). 简而言之，就是用 一种全新的基于云基础设置，容器化开发部署的技术手段将传统的基于虚拟机的数据中心软件转移云端。
核心没有变，变的是实施和交付的手段。
最近又听了这么个词 数字化交互 Digital Interaction.
比如原来我们要几个人聚在一起才能斗地主，三国杀，经过数字化交互后，直接手机上就可以玩。 比如原来我们不管刮风下雨，还是烈日当头，都要自己到菜场买菜或下馆子，经过数字化交互后， 手机点点，菜或者外卖就送上门来了。
其实核心的需求也没有变，变的就是交互的方法。 而以手机为代表的数字化设备，正在承担这种交互的中介和代理。
Interacting Digitally， 正符合这次Covid 19 的诉求。 人与人之间很大一部分的交互，将会被数字化交互所替代。
失而复得
有些东西，曾经拥有，习以为然，并不会让你感到快乐和幸福。失去了，失而复得，你才痛彻心扉地感受到拥有它的快乐和幸福。 比如身体康健，衣食无忧， 家庭和睦。
我要学，要我学
大道虽然至简，但是践行的路上我们往往渐行渐远。
小时候买书不容易，整个暑假白天都赖在当老师的邻居姐姐家里翻她书橱里的书； 现在当当，京东上买书太容易了，却很少买书，买了也是放在书架里白白占位置。
而身边更多的人，开始听电子书，然后这些APP的还设计出了花样促使着你听，比如听书累计时间的朋友圈排名。
学海无涯，当你已经静不下心来读一本书了，没有了我要学的心性，也不要在被外界驱使，以为听几本书，也算学习了，交代了。徒增了心神的耗散。
朝四暮三
好多人正过着这样的生活，无节制地加班，运动，玩乐。 就像那些朝三暮四的猴子一样，我们正在过着朝四暮三的生活。 不管做什么，控制好节奏，持续精进。
